Our initial reading group session explores Latinx Futurism through the reading of stories from Latinx Speculative Fiction anthologies. We will utilise the space of the gallery and the works of Artists Ana Kazaroff and Alicia Reyes McNamara to explore space, place and futurity in light of the underrepresented struggles of Latinx in the UK to imagine future possibilities and methods of engagement

We will read from Latin@ Rising : An Anthology of Latin@ Science Fiction & Fantasy. This reading group is hosted in collaboration with Sebastian H-W Live Artist and the artists. We will provide a pdf of the two selected stories we will be exploring
